Job Description
The Public Relations / Copywriting / Social Media intern will be instrumental in building digital brand awareness through marketing materials and developing and engaging clients for the A. N. Publishing brands.
Responsibilities
Copywriting
- Write marketing copy.
- Write and distribute press releases.
- Create and disseminate monthly newsletters.
Social Media
- Create brand awareness via social media platforms.
- Develop a successful social media strategy that builds on our audience base across multiple platforms.
- Write and distribute relevant content to social media.
- Monitor and engage our audiences via our social media platforms.
- Increase fans, likes, and follows.
- Track social media engagement statistics.
Requirements
- Passionate about public relations and connecting with brands.
- Able to write target marketing/social media copy.
- Possess an aptitude for using various social media platforms for marketing and branding purposes.
- Experience developing and writing targeted press releases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Self-starter and able to work with minimal to medium supervision.
- At least six months of experience in copywriting, public relations, and/or social media in a professional environment.
Internship Details
- Duration: 6 months
- Official Start Date: ASAP
- Note: This is a virtual and unpaid internship. You will gain valuable writing experience.
