What You'll Do
- Manage our lead generation funnel, optimizing for CPL and conversion through strategic digital campaigns (Meta, Google, programmatic, etc.)
- Help build and manage email and text marketing flows, including pre-sale, onboarding, and engagement journeys
- Support workflows for leads via platform Go High Level alongside Shoot 360 corporate team members
- Continuously improve SEO, SEM, and review management platforms to drive local discovery
- Collaborate with franchisees and agencies to localize digital campaigns while maintaining national brand standards
- Develop and manage promotional calendars, including offers, launches, and engagement campaigns via online platforms
- Analyze performance across all channels and present actionable insights and test-and-learn recommendations
- Own content creation and social content planning process for the Shoot 360 brand. Provide insight and template updates in Canva for collaborative content creation as a part of brand campaigns and promotions
- Partner with the Director of Marketing to develop innovative campaigns that fuel brand awareness and member growth
- Monitor and manage the Shoot 360 social media ecosystem, engaging daily with franchise locations, athletes, and community members to strengthen brand presence, foster relationships, and amplify local success stories
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing team to develop and execute compelling social media content
- Lead the creation, setup, and launch of social media profiles for new franchise locations while serving as a primary resource for franchisees, providing guidance, support, and best practices for local social media marketing efforts
- Identify and leverage opportunities to increase brand visibility through content amplification, story sharing, franchise spotlights, and community engagement
- Support franchise growth and member acquisition by empowering local operators with social media tools, content resources, and ongoing digital marketing support
Qualifications
- Team-first attitude and willingness to jump into a brand that is quickly growing on a global scale
- 3-5 years experience in digital marketing, social media, performance marketing, or CRM automation
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Go High Level, or similar platforms
- Experience building email/SMS flows with segmentation and personalization
- Data-driven with excellent attention to detail and reporting accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, franchise environment
- Passion for sports, fitness, and the power of technology to elevate performance
Pay
$80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
