AP Accounting & Tax is a boutique CPA firm serving high-income individuals, families, and business owners. We provide premium tax strategy, advisory, and year-round support with a white-glove client experience.
We are expanding and are looking for a polished Client Intake Specialist to meet with potential new clients and get them to work with our Firm through Zoom consultations. Additionally, the ideal candidate should be able to guide prospective clients through our onboarding process.
Position Overview
You will lead 20-30 minute Zoom meetings with prospective clients, follow a structured intake script, assess fit, communicate our value, and support the close of new engagements. All leads are warm — no cold calling.
This role is ideal for someone who is articulate, confident, and comfortable speaking with affluent clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled Zoom consultations with prospective clients
- Follow a structured intake script to qualify needs and goals
- Communicate service tiers, pricing, and firm value
- Handle common questions and light objections professionally
- Document call notes and next steps in our CRM
- Coordinate with the CEO for onboarding approvals
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and brand representation
Qualifications
- Strong communication and client-facing presence
- Experience in professional services (accounting, legal, financial services, real estate, etc.) preferred
- Comfortable discussing pricing and value
- Tech-savvy with Zoom, CRM tools, and online scheduling
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Polished, confident, and professional demeanor
Compensation
- Hourly Pay: $25-$35/hr based on experience
- Paid for Zoom calls, pre-call review, and post-call documentation
- Incentive Pay and optional monthly
