Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Senior Sales Executive with 7 years of staffing industry experience to join a high-performing national sales team. This role is ideal for professionals with a hunter mindset, who are passionate about new client acquisition and business development within the professional staffing space.
You'll focus on expanding innovative staffing solutions such as Direct Hire, Contingent Staffing, and Managed Services (MSP, RPO, VMS) across enterprise and mid-size clients in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and engage with mid-market and enterprise-level companies, including Fortune 1000 clients.
- Own the full sales cycle --- from prospecting and outreach to client onboarding.
- Drive complex, consultative sales processes across multiple decision-makers and departments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align staffing solutions with client needs.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Build long-term relationships with prospects and clients.
- Attend relevant industry events and conferences.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in professional staffing sales (IT, Finance & Accounting, Engineering, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to acquire new clients and build lasting partnerships.
- 3--5 years of experience selling MSP, RPO, or VMS services is a plus.
- Well-connected with the talent acquisition ecosystem -- TA leaders, Procurement, MSP/CW program managers.
- Strong relationships with key decision-makers in tech, finance, and engineering industries.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a hunter mindset.
- Proficient in tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and CRM platforms (e.g., Dynamics).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Must currently reside in the U.S.
