Onboarding Associate

We are seeking a dedicated Onboarding Associate to support the onboarding process for candidates interested in joining a dynamic network. The role involves engaging with candidates, guiding them through necessary onboarding steps, and ensuring all safety and validation requirements are met.

Responsibilities

  • Perform follow-up contact campaigns to candidates.
  • Conduct inbound inquiries from interested candidates.
  • Support qualified gig work candidates in completing the necessary onboarding steps.
  • Evaluate candidate roadside assistance tools to ensure minimum safety requirements are met.
  • Schedule skills validation appointments for candidates.

Essential Skills

  • 0-2 years of experience (entry-level HR graduates, HR assistants, or onboarding experience welcome).
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Patience and ability to guide candidates through onboarding.
  • Detail-oriented.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Ability to work with a laptop or desktop that meets specific technical requirements.
  • Must have a PC with a hardwired internet connection and peripherals such as a mouse and keyboard.
  • Headsets will be provided by the company.

Work Environment

This role offers flexibility as team members are located across all time zones in the USA. Typical working hours are 8-5pm Central Time, but remote work allows for flexibility. The role requires a Windows or Mac computer with specific technical capabilities, and a second monitor is strongly encouraged. Candidates must provide their own equipment, except headsets.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Saddle Brook, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
