We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Specialist to manage social media strategy, content creation, brand engagement, and company merchandise programs. This role combines digital marketing, brand promotion, and promotional product management to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content aligned with brand goals.
- Monitor social media performance and provide insights to improve engagement and reach.
- Manage online community engagement and brand presence.
- Coordinate branded merchandise programs, including vendor management, product sourcing, inventory, and distribution.
- Support marketing campaigns, events, email marketing, and promotional initiatives.
- Create marketing materials using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Track campaign performance and marketing KPIs.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or brand marketing.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content strategy, and analytics.
- Experience with social media management and design tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience with branded merchandise or promotional products preferred.
