Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Strategic Account Director. In this role, you will foster strong relationships with key clients, drive business growth, and oversee strategic account planning.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting market analyses.
- Securing and managing high-value contracts.
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Consulting with clients to align their needs with company objectives.
- Collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Contract Negotiation and Consulting expertise.
- Proficiency in Strategic Planning and Analytical Skills to understand market trends and meet key performance indicators.
- Proven track record of success in Sales and client relationship management.
- Experience in business development, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective professional relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and independently drive results.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
