About the Role
We are hiring a high-performing Sales Executive with 7 years of professional staffing sales experience to join our fully remote national sales team. This is a pure hunter role focused on new client acquisition, enterprise growth, and expanding innovative staffing solutions across the U.S.
You will drive new business for a modern staffing model offering Direct Hire, Contingent Staffing, and MSP (Direct Hire MSP solutions) to Fortune 1000 and mid-market clients. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional who thrives in complex deal cycles and relationship-based selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and win new enterprise and mid-market staffing clients
- Own the full sales cycle: outreach, qualification, negotiation, closing, and onboarding
- Sell professional staffing solutions (IT, Engineering, Finance & Accounting, etc.)
- Build relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, and MSP leaders
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes
- Meet and exceed aggressive revenue and new business targets
- Attend industry conferences and networking events (2--3 times per year)
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 7 years in professional staffing sales (new business focus required)
- Proven success selling to enterprise and mid-market organizations
- Strong network within the talent ecosystem (TA, Procurement, MSP, CW Program leaders)
- Established relationships with decision-makers in Tech, Finance, or Engineering sectors
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong closing ability
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Dynamics), Zoom, and MS Office Suite
- Must reside in the United States and be able to travel occasionally
