As an AI-first company, this position requires a candidate who actively uses AI tools daily to improve content quality and efficiency.

Reports to:

SVP, Marketing

Compensation:

What You'll Do

Content Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and own the content strategy and editorial calendar, ensuring alignment with pipeline goals, product launches, campaigns, and SEO/AEO priorities.
  • Define content themes, formats, and distribution strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Conduct keyword and topic research to identify high-impact content opportunities.
  • Map content to buyer journey stages and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), covering top, middle, and bottom of the funnel.

Content Production and Quality

  • Oversee the production of written content assets, including blog posts, eBooks, email copy, landing pages, and sales enablement materials.
  • Act as the editorial gatekeeper, ensuring quality, brand voice, and strategic alignment across all marketing content.
  • Collaborate with the Content Creator (responsible for social media and video) on themes, messaging, and content repurposing.

AI-Powered Content Operations

  • Iterate on and manage the team's repeatable AI content workflows, developing playbooks and enablement resources as needed.
  • Utilize AI tools as a power user to produce high-quality content at an unprecedented pace and volume.
  • Maintain a quality standard where AI-generated content is indistinguishable from, or superior to, human-only content.
  • Evaluate and adopt emerging AI tools.

SEO, AEO, and Organic Growth

  • Lead the organic traffic growth strategy through SEO and AEO best practices.
  • Optimize existing content for improved rankings and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the paid media strategist to align organic and paid content efforts.
  • Monitor and report on organic traffic, keyword rankings, AEO visibility, content performance, and conversions.

Website Content and Conversion

  • Provide strategic content direction for website pages, ensuring messaging drives conversions.
  • Write and optimize landing page copy, Calls to Action (CTAs), and conversion-focused content.
  • Contribute to website visitor-to-lead conversion goals by enhancing on-page copy, content offers, and SEO-driven entry points.
  • Partner with the Sr. Demand Gen Manager on landing page content and the web developer on implementation.

Webinar Content and Promotion

  • Collaborate with the Content Creator, Sr. Demand Generation Manager, and Director of Marketing on webinar themes, topics, and session formats.
  • Write talk tracks, session outlines, and speaker preparation materials to ensure webinar content is focused, on-message, and aligned with campaign and pipeline goals.
  • Manage promotional content for webinars, including email sequences, landing page copy, social copy, and ad copy to drive registration and attendance.
  • Develop post-webinar content assets, transforming sessions into blog posts, gated assets, and other formats to extend pipeline impact.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Demand Gen to produce campaign content (emails, landing pages, webinars, gated assets) on brief and on schedule.
  • Work with Customer Marketing to refine and distribute customer stories, case studies, and proof points.
  • Support Product Marketing with content for product launches, feature announcements, and Go-To-Market (GTM) materials.
  • Collaborate with the PR specialist on thought leadership content and media-facing materials.
