Blue Ocean Technologies is expanding, and we're seeking an experienced Agent Master to lead enterprise-wide adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI-driven automation. Reporting directly to the CTO, this role operates across all departments to improve how work gets done using intelligent agents and automation. Position Overview

Blue Ocean Technologies, LLC is at the forefront of after-hours equity trading. As we scale our technology and global footprint, the Agent Master will play a critical role in transforming repeatable work into secure, reliable AI-powered workflows using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and the Power Platform.

Core Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the enterprise strategy for Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI agent adoption across departments.
  • Work with other departments to design, build, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Identify and prioritize high-value automation opportunities with measurable business impact.
  • Operate Copilot access, licensing, approval, and onboarding workflows.
  • Establish governance standards aligned with AI policy and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain a centralized inventory of AI use cases for audit and regulatory support.
  • Enable teams through training, demos, and internal playbooks.
  • Measure AI effectiveness through adoption, time saved, and workflow metrics.

Required Qualifications

  • 5 years in automation engineering, enterprise IT, business systems, or platform engineering.
  • Experience with deploying apps using Microsoft 365 Copilot, OpenClaw, Claude or Codex.

Desired Qualifications

  • Microsoft Graph or custom connector experience.
  • Experience operating in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments.
  • Background in financial services or trading systems.
