About the Role
BCBST is seeking a customer-focused and organized Client Management Associate for the West Region. This role is ideal for an individual who excels at managing daily tasks, communicating effectively, and paying close attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, the ability to manage multiple assignments, and comfort working independently while meeting team deadlines are essential.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Handling day-to-day marketing support activities.
- Responding to basic inquiries from customers and internal partners.
- Distributing standard marketing materials.
- Collecting and organizing information for quick turnaround times.
- Assisting with drafting and sending routine communications.
- Maintaining updated initiative timelines.
- Preparing simple, accurate marketing and sales reports.
Your success will contribute to providing reliable, detail-oriented administrative support, ensuring marketing teams remain focused and productive. You will maintain organized and accurate information, track tasks, manage deadlines, and follow up to support efficient progress.

Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience
- 2 years of customer service, billing, or other office-related experience required.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and function effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Microsoft Office testing may be required.

- This is a remote role.
