Boston Youth Arts & Innovation Center Hiring
We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Operator to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Create and post 3–4 weekly contents (images, captions, short videos/Reels)
- Shoot and edit short-form videos for Instagram/Facebook
- Manage daily social media operations and community engagement
- Run and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns
- Track performance and improve content strategy
- Monitor trends and competitors
Requirements
- Strong short video editing skills (Reels / TikTok-style)
- Familiar with Facebook & Instagram operations
- Experience in social media content creation is a plus
- Facebook Ads experience is a plus
- STEM background or interest is a strong plus
- Creative, responsible, and detail-oriented
Compensation
$20/hour + Performance Bonus (Based on engagement, growth, and campaign results)

- Location: MA (some remote work possible)
