Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery of data extraction projects for our managed clients
- Build and maintain automated data extraction pipelines using Browse AI
- Use tools like Regex, XPath, Gsheet formulas, and JQ to extract, transform, and format data
- Perform thorough QA testing to ensure quality before client delivery
- Engage directly with clients on requirements, progress, and delivery -- no middleperson needed
- Collaborate across Managed Services and Customer Success on client needs
Requirements:
- Foundational programming experience -- at least two years through coursework, personal projects, internships, or professional work (HTML, JavaScript, Python, or similar)
- Comfortable picking up new technical tools quickly; you don't need prior Regex, XPath, or JQ experience, but you should be able to learn them fast
- AI-savvy. As an AI startup, we expect everyone on the team to use AI tools fluently to automate work and stay efficient
- Able to participate in client-facing conversations -- able to gather requirements, explain technical concepts, and manage expectations directly
- Able to overlap at least 4 hours with Pacific Time each workday
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines across teams
- Strong attention to detail and genuine curiosity about how things work
Nice to haves:
- Hands-on experience with Regex, XPath, or JQ
- Familiarity with JavaScript
- Prior web scraping experience
- Experience with Linear or similar project management tools
