[Remote] Frontend Development Engineer Intern

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Bybit is one of the fastest growing cryptocurrency derivatives exchanges, offering a professional platform for crypto traders. The Frontend Development Engineer Intern will assist frontend engineers in web development, participate in project maintenance, and contribute to component development while learning modern frontend frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Assist frontend engineers in page development, writing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript based on design mockups to ensure cross-browser compatibility and visual integrity.
• Participate in daily maintenance of frontend projects, including bug fixes and code optimization, while learning professional development workflows and coding standards.
• Assist in developing and testing frontend components to gain a deeper understanding of component-based architecture and reusability.
• Learn and apply modern frontend frameworks (such as React, Next.js, etc.) to develop simple functional modules and progressively enhance development skills.
• Collect and report issues encountered during development, participate in technical team discussions, and contribute original ideas or suggestions.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields.
• Able to commit to at least 4 days per week for a minimum duration of 6 months.
• Solid command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; familiar with ES6+ syntax and features.
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to set learning goals and execute tasks proactively with minimal supervision.
• A strong passion for frontend development and a proven ability to quickly master new technologies and complex business logic, applying them flexibly to real-world scenarios.
• Excellent team player with a strong sense of responsibility, patience, and professional persistence.
• Familiarity with at least one frontend framework (e.g., React, Vue).
• Experience with personal projects (e.g., a personal blog, small-scale applications, or open-source contributions).
