Canopy Management is a full‑service Amazon advertising and marketplace agency helping brands scale profitably on Amazon and beyond. We're growing fast and are looking for a high‑performing Account Executive (AE) / Closer to own discovery calls and convert qualified opportunities into long‑term, high‑value client partnerships.

About the role

As an AE / Closer at Canopy Management, you will:

  • Run high‑quality discovery and strategy calls with warm, qualified leads.
  • Diagnose a brand's Amazon/ecommerce challenges and clearly position Canopy's services as the solution.
  • Build trust quickly, handle nuanced objections, and guide prospects through a consultative sales process.
  • Partner closely with our analysts and delivery teams to leverage audits and proposals that move deals to close.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline, accurate CRM hygiene, and reliable forecasting.
  • Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly new‑business targets.

This is a quota‑carrying role with a strong base salary and meaningful variable compensation tied to closed revenue.

What you'll do

  • Conduct scheduled discovery calls ("discos") and follow‑up meetings with decision‑makers at ecommerce brands.
  • Ask smart, diagnostic questions to uncover pain points, goals, and budgets, then tailor our solutions accordingly.
  • Present audit findings, proposals, and growth roadmaps in a compelling, client‑friendly way.
  • Negotiate terms, navigate stakeholders, and secure signed agreements efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff and a strong first‑90‑days client experience.
  • Keep detailed records of activities, opportunities, and deal stages in our sales tools/CRM.
  • Provide feedback from the market to Marketing, Ops, and Leadership to help refine offers and positioning.

What we're looking for

  • 2--4+ years of experience in a quota‑carrying Account Executive / Closer role, ideally in: ** Digital marketing, performance marketing, SaaS, or agency services. ** Amazon marketplace, ecommerce, or retail media experience is a strong plus.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding new‑business targets.
  • Comfort running multiple video calls per day and managing a full calendar of discos and follow‑ups.
  • Strong consultative selling skills: discovery, solution framing, objection handling, and closing.
  • Excellent communication skills---clear, confident, and client‑centric on Zoom and in writing.
  • Organized and data‑driven: you manage your pipeline, follow‑ups, and forecasting with discipline.
  • Thrives in a fully remote, fast‑moving, collaborative environment.
