Internship Program Details
- Duration: 10 weeks
- Dates: June 8 to August 14, 2026
- Eligibility: Recent graduates and graduate students
- Location: Remote
- Stipend: $7,500.00 (paid in semi-monthly installments)
Member Marketing Strategy & Insights Intern Role
This intern will report to the Director of Engagement Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Uncover reasons behind member engagement (or lack thereof) with healthcare benefits to improve their experience.
- Design and support member research initiatives, including focus groups, surveys, and one-on-one interviews.
- Translate member feedback into actionable insights to inform marketing strategies, messaging, and the overall member journey.
- Contribute to a high-impact project focused on enhancing conversion rates from registration to care.
- Collaborate with the B2C Marketing team and cross-functional partners to implement insights.
- Undertake strategic and impactful project assignments aligned with company objectives.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, influencing business decisions.
- Gain exposure to experienced managers and leaders with strong business acumen.
- Work alongside dedicated managers and knowledgeable peer mentors.
- Network and build relationships within the organization.
- Participate in company-wide events.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Availability: June 8, 2025 to August 18, 2026
- Remote Work Setup: Must have a personal laptop/computer and a stable internet connection.
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Health, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
- Research Skills: Experience with qualitative research methods (coursework, projects, or prior internships).
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets).
- AI Tools: Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., Gemini) for research synthesis, summarization, and drafting.
