Looking for a remote opportunity where you can shape the digital presence of a global leader in healthcare? We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join a dynamic Corporate Communications team and drive high-impact social media and content initiatives!
Responsibilities:
1. Program Coordination, Operations & Process Excellence
- Provide hands-on, day-to-day operational support for Corporate Communications & Brand Reputation initiatives.
- Manage and centralize Veeva submissions and related workflows ensuring content is accurate, on time and compliant.
- Coordinate closely with PRC (Promotion, Regulatory, Compliance) to retain excellence in process, submissions, and approvals.
- Track timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple projects running at the same time.
- Maintain clear project documentation, version control, and status updates for internal stakeholders.
- Support consistent, high-quality execution in a highly regulated environment, with strong attention to detail and process.
2. Content Planning, Coordination & Editorial Execution
- Manage and contribute to the digital content plan within the CCBR content calendar by:
- Corporate Communications & Brand Reputation programming.
- Direction from the Senior Manager, Digital Content & Social Strategy.
- Collaboration with other CCBR and partner functions.
- Coordinate inputs from enterprise, therapeutic areas, external and internal communications teams to ensure alignment, visibility and timely execution.
- Translate editorial priorities into clear execution plans, sequencing content effectively across channels.
- Monitor publishing cadence, flag gaps or conflicts, and support prioritization discussions as needed.
- Ensure content aligns with approved messaging frameworks, tone, and channel best practices.
- Apply these standards across the full Corporate Brand digital ecosystem, including the corporate websites and social channels.
3. Digital & Social Media Content Execution (Hands On)
- Support day-to-day execution of social media content across corporate platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), following established strategies and guidance.
- Draft and refine platform native copy that is clear, compliant, audience appropriate, and aligned to editorial direction, corporate brand voice, tone, and channel best practices across digital and social platforms.
- Support the Senior Manager, Digital Content & Social Strategy, who sets strategy and leads story mining, to translate identified stories into ready-to-publish social content.
- Support content publishing via Social Media Management Tool (Statusbrew).
- Ensure all content adheres to SOPs and compliance standards prior to launch.
4. Cross Functional Collaboration & Enablement
- Function as a reliable connector across brand creative, communications and enabling function leads to support smooth day-to-day execution.
- Support campaign and initiative rollouts by coordinating timelines, content readiness, and approvals.
- Contribute to internal status updates, working documents, and executional playbooks, helping to keep teams aligned and informed.
- Bring an initiative-taking, solutions-oriented mindset to help teams operate efficiently and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, digital media, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in communications, marketing operations, social media execution, or content coordination, preferably within a regulated or matrixed organization.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and platforms.
- Familiarity with corporate social media platforms and publishing workflows.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple workstreams, timelines, and approval processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and comfort working within structured review and compliance processes.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative, dependable team player with a "no task too small" mindset.
Preferred / Nice to Have:
- Experience working with Veeva, content approval systems, or regulated review processes.
- Experience with project management and ticketing platforms (e.g., JIRA).
- Exposure to corporate, pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or science-driven industries.
- Interest in corporate storytelling, reputation building, and enterprise communications.
