The Senior Product Manager conceives, develops, delivers, and manages products for customer use. This role involves moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. You will support one of six backlogs in PBM:
- Post-Adjudication: Finance
- Post-Adjudication: Claims
- Pre-Adjudication: Benefits/Eligibility
- Networks, Digital and Drug Pricing
- Prior Auth and Policy
- Formulary Marketing and Data
The Senior Product Manager leads all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction, by developing products to meet specific customer needs and achieve cost and success outcomes. You will monitor product efficacy, use feedback to ensure needs are met across customer segmentations, and adjust products over time. This role influences department strategy and requires independent decision-making on complex technical approaches.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of relevant technical and/or operational experience

Pay Range
$104,000 - $143,000 per year. This position is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
