  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a Solutions Engineering role, preferably within dev-tools SaaS. Experience in observability, monitoring, or testing is advantageous.
  • Experience utilizing AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) to enhance customer-facing activities, including prospect environment research, demo code generation, and proof-of-concept development.
  • The ability to work autonomously and remain self-motivated in a remote-first environment, coupled with a collaborative spirit.
  • Exceptional empathy and curiosity, with a passion for customer success.
  • A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset to cultivate enduring partnerships.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Must be located in the US, preferably in ET or CT time zones (East Coast or Central).
  • This is a fully remote position.

Why Us?

  • Join a rapidly growing, international team where your contributions are valued and impactful.
  • Receive stock options.
  • Enjoy flexible paid vacation and observance of local public holidays.
  • Benefit from paid sick leave and up to 14 weeks of paid parental leave.
  • Access a $1,500 budget for learning, visiting, and wellbeing.
