About Us

We are seeking a Channel Sales Representative to drive growth by building strong relationships with reseller and channel partners, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, and delivering value to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent CH Collective in all activities related to reseller and channel support.
  • Serve as the primary customer service liaison to assigned accounts.
  • Build relationships with key contacts at assigned accounts, ranging from C-suite executives to rank-and-file staff.
  • Develop tactical relationships with key stakeholders, including state associations and provider networks.
  • Provide analytical support and insights as requested to support business development efforts.
  • Assume a team lead role for the work group as needed.
  • Ensure accurate administration and activation of contracts for supplier products and services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).
  • 5-10+ years of experience in channel sales or related roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
  • Familiarity with healthcare operations is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Salesforce (or similar CRM systems).

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $120,000--$125,000 annually
  • Incentive Compensation: Bonus Plan
