The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and personable Part-Time Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is perfect for an individual with a friendly demeanor, strong organizational skills, and experience in consultative sales within the service industry. You will be instrumental in connecting with clients, understanding their needs, and booking them for their events.

Compensation

  • Base pay: $25 to $35 per hour
  • Uncapped commission on closed bookings
  • Potential for significant additional income, with average bookings ranging from $1,500 to $3,500+. Top performers can earn substantially more.
  • Specific commission structure details will be provided during the interview.

Schedule

  • Part-time: Approximately 10 to 15 hours per week.
  • Flexible, structured around lead inquiry response rather than fixed shifts.
  • Requires checking and responding to new inquiries multiple times daily, including evenings and weekends, as leads come in throughout the day and across weekends.
  • Work from anywhere with a reliable phone signal.
  • While flexibility is key, prompt responsiveness is crucial for maximizing close rates.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to new inquiries via phone, text, and email within designated timeframes.
  • Nurture leads and guide clients through package options using established sales sequences.
  • Schedule and conduct client consultations.
  • Close bookings and address client objections with a warm, low-pressure approach.
  • Coordinate with the team regarding confirmed bookings and event specifics.
  • Maintain accurate records, tags, and pipeline updates in GoHighLevel CRM.
  • Execute within the defined email and SMS framework while leveraging strong closing skills in live conversations.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in the service industry (e.g., events, hospitality, photography, weddings).
  • Demonstrated ability in closing sales and handling objections with a consultative, client-focused approach.
  • Comfort and proficiency with SMS-first lead nurturing and rapid text-based communication.
  • Experience with GoHighLevel CRM or similar lead management systems is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional, polished, and client-centric presentation in all communications.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Reliable phone and internet connection for remote work.
  • Ability to work within a defined brand voice and sales framework.
