We're growing --- and our newest engagement is a flagship multi-brand client in the healthcare technology space that needs a sharp, senior strategist running the day-to-day. That's where you come in.
The Account
You'll be the strategy and content lead across a portfolio of three sibling brands under one parent company - one B2B and two B2C healthcare / wellness apps (more info upon application).
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end social strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram for all three brands.
- Build and maintain quarterly content calendars and content pillar frameworks for each brand.
- Write social copy across all three channels, adapting tone and format to each platform's audience and best practices.
- Develop campaign concepts, content series, and tentpole moments tied to relevant healthcare moments.
- Brief our designer on visual content needs and review their output before client approval.
- Run monthly performance reporting and quarterly strategy reviews directly with the client.
- Coordinate with our VA on community management, engagement, and inbound DMs.
- Stay current on platform algorithm changes, healthcare social content guidelines, and competitor activity.
- Ensure medical accuracy and appropriate disclaimer language across all health-related content.
You're a Strong Fit If You Have
- 5 years of social media strategy and content experience, ideally at an agency.
- Healthcare, wellness, pharma, or other regulated industry experience --- this is non-negotiable. You understand the line between health education and medical advice, and you write with appropriate care.
- Strong copywriting range --- captions, carousels, and long-form when the moment calls for it.
- Experience juggling multiple brand voices simultaneously without bleeding tone across accounts.
- Comfort with content planning tools (Later, Asana) and willingness to use whatever we standardize on.
- Strong analytical instincts --- you can read a performance report and tell us what to do next, not just what happened.
- Clear, calm client communication. You'll be on monthly calls with leadership at a corporate-backed company.
Nice-to-Haves
- B2B SaaS social media experience, particularly selling into HR or employee benefits buyers.
- Experience writing reel scripts and short-form video concepts.
- Familiarity with diabetes, nutrition, or family wellness content categories.
- Past experience standing up new social channels from zero.
The Details
- Structure: 1099 contract to start, with a clear path to W-2 employment as the agency grows.
- Hours: Roughly 25--35 hours per week to start, with room to grow as we add accounts.
- Location: Fully remote, U.S.-based.
- Rate: Competitive, commensurate with experience --- discussed in first call.
- Start date: ASAP --- we're onboarding this client soon.
