🚀 Context --- What is Clivio

Clivio is an AI company building and launching multiple products across B2B and B2C. All of them are built around one thesis: AI isn't a feature, it's the product.

This role is for one of our B2C launches --- an AI-powered consumer product currently in development and getting ready to go to market. We're not disclosing the product publicly at this stage, but we'll share everything in the first conversation if there's a fit.

What we can tell you: it's a product people use daily, with a massive organic content angle, a clear and easy-to-explain value proposition, and a target market that spans Spain and the US. The kind of product where great content doesn't just get views --- it converts.

We have the technical team. We have the product. What we're missing is the person who takes it to millions of people.

🎯 The role

Founding Creator / Creator Growth Partner.

You're the first content person on this project. That means two things:

  1. You're the creator. You start. You make the first videos. You test formats, angles, hooks. You find what works for the audience and you double down until it scales. The initial goal is hitting the first million organic views per month. Fast.

  2. You build the system. In parallel, you design and scale a UGC Creator program. You bring in creators, define the briefing and production process, manage daily content volume and take the program to 100, 200, 300 million views per month. That's the real goal. And it's intentionally ambitious.

This is not a social media manager role. This is not an executor role. This is a founding role.

🧩 Who we're looking for

Hard filters. If you don't check these, this isn't for you:

  • You've published content with real traction --- not just views, but traffic, downloads, or conversions for a digital product
  • You've created content for apps, software, or digital products specifically
  • You can film and publish daily without hand-holding
  • You understand hooks, CTAs, retention, and conversion --- and you can explain why a video worked, not just that it did
  • You're genuinely interested in AI --- not because it sounds good, but because you get where it's going
  • You're willing to bet on equity and build something, not just collect a paycheck
  • You want to grow and eventually lead a system --- not just "make content"

The one thing we'll look for above everything else: Not your view count. Whether you understand why your content worked. Anyone can get lucky with one viral video. We need someone who can repeat it.

Two profiles that work for us:

  • Profile A --- The creator who's already done it: You've made UGC or product content for an app, a tech startup, or a digital product. It went viral. It drove real results. You have the numbers to prove it. Now you want a founding role --- with equity, real ownership, and the chance to build something from scratch.

  • Profile B --- The one who's already scaled a program: On top of creating viral content, you've managed or scaled a UGC program with dozens or hundreds of creators reaching tens or hundreds of millions of views per month. If this is you, you're the top profile.

What we don't care about: Your resume. Your academic background. Your years of experience on paper. Where you come from.

💼 The structure

  • Layer 1 --- Proof of concept (first 30--60 days): A clear challenge. You create content, test formats, and show you can generate traction for the product. This is where we prove the fit is real --- for both sides.

  • Layer 2 --- Equity with vesting: Nothing is handed out on day one. Equity is earned through permanence and hitting milestones. If you're here to build something real, this is how we align incentives properly.

  • Layer 3 --- Upside tied to results: If you open a channel that drives MRR, or build the UGC system that scales distribution --- there are rewards tied directly to that. If this works, you can build something very big here.

Fixed compensation: No fixed salary at this stage. The founding team is operating under the same conditions --- we build first, we monetize together. Once we generate enough MRR, we introduce variable and eventually fixed compensation.

Work setup: 100% remote. Occasional in-person meetups as the project grows.

Working languages: English and/or Spanish.

🧪 The test we'll ask you to complete

Before we commit to each other, we'll ask you to complete a short challenge in 48--72 hours:

  • Write 10 hooks for the product's content
  • Write 3 video scripts based on a brief we'll share
  • Outline your plan for the first 30 days
  • Explain how you'd find and onboard 10 UGC creators
  • Define the exact metrics you'd track to know if something is working

This isn't a filter to waste your time. It's a filter to make sure we're both serious.

Urko Garmendia --- serial entrepreneur with 7--8 years building businesses across multiple sectors. Over the last couple of years, fully focused on AI --- building multiple projects across B2B and B2C, with a clear focus on products that are genuinely innovative, not just AI-washed.

Clivio is the vehicle. The projects coming out of it are the mission.
