Role Description
As the Chief Product Officer at CoinTracker, you will own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap across the company's web, mobile, and digital service offerings. In this full-time, remote role, you will collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to define product priorities, align on goals, and deliver high-impact releases.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Leading product discovery and market research.
- Defining product requirements and setting success metrics.
- Ensuring continuous improvement based on user feedback and data.
- Managing and mentoring a team of product managers.
- Establishing product development best practices.
- Overseeing cross-functional planning and execution.
- Partnering with senior leadership on portfolio planning, pricing, packaging, and long-term product innovation to support company growth.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Product Strategy and Product Management, including defining vision, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
- Strong Project Management skills to oversee complex, multi-team initiatives from concept through launch and iteration.
- Proven Team Leadership and Cross-functional Team Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and align diverse stakeholders.
- Background in building and scaling B2B or SaaS products, ideally in technology, fintech, or digital services.
- Data-driven decision-making skills, including familiarity with product analytics, experimentation, and customer research methods.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, comfortable working in a fully remote, distributed environment.
- Experience partnering with executive leadership on product portfolio strategy, resource allocation, and go-to-market planning.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline); an advanced degree is a plus.
