Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will focus on identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategies to expand the client base. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, managing client communications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal project delivery. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the company's business growth and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
  • Experience in market research, lead generation, and business proposal writing
  • Proficiency in strategic planning, project management, and sales analysis
  • Knowledge of the construction, interior design, renovation, or maintenance industry is an advantage
  • Ability to meet and exceed targets in a competitive market
  • Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and decision-making skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or a similar role
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and business analytics software is a bonus
