[Remote] Sr. Software Developer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Connect Tech+Talent is seeking a highly skilled Software Developer with expertise in OutSystems and Alteryx to design, develop, and support scalable low-code applications and enterprise data solutions. The role involves collaborating within Agile environments and contributing to end-to-end solution delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using the OutSystems platform (Reactive Web and Mobile applications)
• Build and optimize data workflows, preparation processes, and analytics solutions using Alteryx Designer
• Integrate applications with enterprise systems, APIs, and databases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and SDLC processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and data integration issues

Skills

• 9+ years of hands-on experience in OutSystems development
• Strong expertise in developing Reactive Web and Mobile applications using OutSystems
• Proven experience with Alteryx Designer for data preparation, transformation, and analytics
• Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and API integrations
• Experience working with REST and SOAP web services and integration patterns
• Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Any OutSystems Certification (either Associate or Professional Developer)
• Alteryx Certification required
• Experience working in enterprise-scale application environments
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern integration architectures
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
