Overview
The Assistant Media Planner role is to support the Account Service team with all tasks related to media proposals, planning, and budgets, as well as all client service activities associated with an assigned account. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity to learn, grow, and gain skills in all media platforms. Due to the remote nature of the company, a successful candidate must be self-motivated.
Duties
- Administrative tasks in managing client campaigns
- Entry of media planning into the buying system
- Create/update client planning calendars
- Create custom e-blasts for clients and traffic creatives
- Social/Digital Media Buying and oversight
- Manage client's local social media pages
- Create/Monitor client's local social media campaigns
- Create/Monitor client's local digital video/CTV campaigns
Skills
- Able to work successfully with a team and independently
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Detail-oriented
- Computer skills — knowledge of and ability to learn and work in new computer-based programs
- Knowledge of social media platforms and DV360/Search 360 is a plus
Qualifications/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Light experience in a media planning or marketing role with knowledge of social and digital media
Pay: From $40,000.00 per year Work Location: Remote
