Commission-Only Sales Rep --- Custom Team & Workwear Apparel (Remote)

CornerKits makes fully custom printed jerseys, polos, and uniforms for youth sports clubs and trades businesses --- sports leagues/teams, HVAC companies, contractors, and more. We're a small, fast-growing team looking for a self-driven sales rep to help us land more clubs and companies.

This is a 100% commission role --- you earn on every order you close, no cap, with a commission rate that grows as you do.

What you'd do

• Reach out to youth sports leagues, soccer clubs, sports teams and trades/HVAC businesses
• Pitch our custom apparel and free mockups
• Close orders and build repeat relationships

What we offer

• Tiered commission that scales with your sales:
  • 10% to start
  • 15% once you've closed $20,000 in total sales
  • 20% once you've closed $50,000 --- and you keep that rate
• Templates, mockups, and pricing sheets provided so you can hit the ground running
• Fully remote, work your own hours

You'd be a great fit if you

• Are comfortable with cold outreach (email, calls, DMs)
• Have ties to sports orgs or local trades (a plus, not required)
• Are organized and follow up consistently
