Role Overview

As a Senior Creative Designer for Growth, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-impact visual strategies that drive user engagement and platform adoption for OG.com. This role requires a seamless integration of AI-augmented workflows, sophisticated static graphics, and dynamic motion design to deliver high-performance creative assets at scale. We seek a candidate with a profound understanding of market dynamics who can translate strategic conviction into compelling visual narratives across paid media, social channels, and CRM touchpoints. As a cornerstone of the Creative Team, you will ensure that our 'Find Your Edge' brand promise is consistently and powerfully articulated to our global user base.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Asset Creation: Rapidly ideate, design, and produce premium paid and social content for X, Instagram/Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • AI Integration & Automation: Use advanced AI tools to streamline creative ideation, asset generation, and production lifecycles, establishing a library of AI-enhanced templates and SOPs to scale efficiency.
  • Specialized Demographics: Create specialized, real-time visual content—such as odds and outcome visualizations—tailored to a trading and prediction market audience.
  • Data-Driven Iteration: Partner with the Growth and Creative teams to analyze asset performance, turning data insights (CTR, CPA) into fresh, optimized creative iterations.
  • Cross-Market Campaign Execution: Spearhead the execution of premium paid and social content for US and EU markets, delivering best-in-class motion and static graphics optimized for performance.
  • Strategic Concept Development: Devise innovative creative concepts for integrated advertising campaigns, social media initiatives, and corporate events.
  • Design Strategy & Collaboration: Articulate design direction and strategic rationale to the Art Lead and Growth Marketing stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Follow Creative Ops Lead's direction then manage personal workflows and project timelines to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality assets.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as a primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Requirements (The Must-Haves)

  • Full-Cycle Autonomy: You are an all-rounded creative who is equally strong at high-level concept ideation and hands-on, technical execution. You must be a self-starter who can operate independently.
  • Social Fluency & Trend Literacy: You possess a deep, native understanding of digital content landscapes and fast-moving social trends.
  • Performance-Driven Mindset: Proven experience working comfortably in a high-velocity, performance-driven environment. You understand growth metrics and love using data to iterate on your designs.
  • AI Workflow Mastery: Proven expertise using generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Weavy, Higgsfield) to accelerate output without sacrificing premium quality.
  • Market Literacy: Deep understanding of trading mechanics, odds, and event-driven content. Experience or a strong interest in Crypto, Fintech, or Trading environments is highly advantageous.
  • Technical Excellence: Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) with a high-fidelity, motion-heavy portfolio.

Also Important

  • 5 years of experience in a fast-paced in-house creative growth team or a modern, high-output digital environment.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates performance creative (ads, social, hooks) over pure conceptual branding.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • 3D rendering capabilities.
  • On-camera video shooting/editing skills.
  • Experience creating real-time content tied to live, unfolding events.
