Job description

Position Summary

We have an exciting opportunity on the Aetna Pharmacy COB team for a qualified individual to use and develop Core Competencies while contributing to our team and CVS Health's success. This position involves research and resolution of pharmacy claims billing issues; collecting and analyzing data to identify process gaps and assisting with recoveries. This role will collaborate with a variety of internal and external areas. Working independently is critical to the success of this role, as well as working collaboratively with the rest of the team.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years experience in healthcare related industry; claims, eligibility and Coordination of Benefits

Preferred Qualifications

  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Experience in data research and analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project); Aetna member source systems and CVS claim adjudication system, i.e., RxClaim and PeopleSafe
  • Health care industry experience

Education

  • High School Diploma or higher

Pay Range

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $17.00 - $28.46

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
