Job description
Responsibilities
- Support and execute corporate communications strategies across internal communications, client communications, social media, and PR initiatives.
- Develop engaging content that reinforces company culture, values, vision, and business priorities.
- Draft and edit a wide range of communications including executive messaging, client updates, speeches, presentations, press materials, newsletters, employee announcements, social posts.
- Craft polished, strategic communications for both internal and external audiences.
- Manage communications projects in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing deadlines and priorities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Marketing, Legal, IT, and business leaders to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and company events including recognition programs, DEIB initiatives, community partnerships, and corporate campaigns.
- Help maintain and evolve the company's voice across internal platforms, client communications, and public-facing channels.
- Monitor and support social media and PR efforts
Qualifications
- 3--5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, internal communications, marketing communications, or agency communications.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels.
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience supporting executive communications and collaborating with senior leadership.
- Strong understanding of internal communications, external/client communications, social media, and PR best practices.
- Proficiency with communication and publishing tools; intranet platform experience such as MangoApps is a plus.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and project management skills.
- Experience in technology, professional services, healthcare, or other fast-growth environments preferred.
Pay Rate: $35-45/hr
