We are currently seeking a Lead Tableau Developer for a long-term remote opportunity.

Requirements

• Total Experience: 12+ years
• Relevant Experience: 8+ years
• Tableau Expertise: 5+ years of relevant experience in designing and delivering enterprise BI dashboards and analytics solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Translate business requirements into effective data visualizations.
• Proficient in Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) for creating measures and calculated columns.
• Perform data modeling, dashboard performance tuning, and data validation.
• Architect and manage Tableau Server Cloud environments.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
• Collaborate with data engineering, product, and business teams.
• Support Agile Scrum delivery and sprint activities.

Skills

• Mandatory: Tableau
• Desired: SQL, PL/SQL, AWS
