The Opportunity:
We're looking for a top‑tier automotive sales professional to join a remote, high‑ticket environment where:
- Every conversation is with qualified, high‑intent automotive buyers or decision‑makers
- You're trusted to run a professional, consultative sales process --- not just "take ups"
- Your ceiling is defined only by your ability to perform, not by a comp cap
This role is built for an automotive closer who wants the real upside that comes with driving meaningful revenue. Top performers in this seat have the earning potential to reach as high as $350,000 in total compensation through commissions and performance incentives.
Who You Are:
- Proven closer in automotive or related high‑ticket sales (retail, BDC to showroom, digital retailing, F&I, or B2B automotive services)
- Thinks in terms of leads, appointments, show rate, and close rate --- and knows your numbers cold
- Comfortable speaking with dealer principals, GMs, and high‑net‑worth clients or decision‑makers
- Holds yourself to a higher standard than any manager ever has
- Self‑disciplined and effective working remotely with structured follow‑up and CRM usage
If you've led the board, built a strong personal following, turned underperforming internet/BDC channels into profit centers, or driven serious gross month after month, you'll feel at home here.
What You'll Do:
- Run a consultative, needs‑based sales process from first contact to close (fully remote)
- Manage a robust pipeline of automotive prospects and accounts with accurate forecasting
- Build long‑term relationships that generate repeat, referral, and portfolio business
- Collaborate with leadership on messaging, offers, and market approach tailored to the automotive space
- Use CRM tools daily to track activities, opportunities, and outcomes with discipline
You'll have the tools, support, and autonomy you need --- and clear, transparent metrics so you always know exactly where you stand.
