We are a US-based marketing company specializing in door-to-door sales staffing. We are currently seeking a dedicated Jr. Recruiter to support our hiring needs for our door-to-door sales team and occasionally marketing roles. You will be responsible for conducting initial, group screening interviews for our door-to-door candidates. Strong organizational skills and a positive attitude are crucial. Our determining factor of success in this role will be the retention rate of door-to-door candidates from the first round interview into the second round interview. Fully remote. Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING.

Salary and Hours

  • Salary: $1,000/mo
  • Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00pm CST

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Zoom interviews for door-to-door sales and marketing roles, following a provided script.
  • Handle group interviews, each lasting 15 to 30 minutes.
  • Manage multiple interviews a day. Maintaining a high level of energy for each interview.
  • Take notes on candidates for accurate record-keeping.
  • Present the roles in a compelling way, embodying a "sales style" to attract candidates.
  • Maintain good candidate engagement and ensure high retention through the interview process.
  • Maintain a polished and professional image while conducting the interviews.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience with Google Meet or Zoom.
  • Strong verbal English skills.
  • Ability to conduct engaging and persuasive interviews.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRMs or ATS.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with candidates quickly.

Nice To Have

  • Familiarity with group interview techniques.
  • Familiarity with CRMs.
