Compensation Analyst
Salary: $100K - $125K
Location: 100% Remote
Prestigious International Law Firm is searching for a Compensation Analyst to support the design, execution, and evolution of a high-impact compensation program. This role will play a key part in compensation planning, market benchmarking, and analytics across a global employee base. This is a highly visible position, ideal for someone who enjoys blending data-driven insights with strategic HR initiatives in a collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
- Support the annual merit and bonus cycles, including analysis of market trends and salary positioning.
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and survey participation to maintain competitive market positioning.
- Analyze job structures, classifications, and salary ranges to ensure alignment with firm-wide grading frameworks.
- Partner with recruiting and hiring managers to price new and existing roles.
- Build and maintain compensation models, dashboards, and reporting.
- Collaborate with HRIS teams (Workday preferred) to support compensation planning systems.
- Drive insights through data analysis and financial modeling to recommend actionable strategies.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of compensation analysis experience (professional services or law firm experience strongly preferred).
- Bachelor's degree (HR, Business, or related field); CCP or similar certification a plus.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Strong experience with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred).
- Proven ability to turn complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of professionalism handling confidential and sensitive information.
