Human Resources Associate

Ecco Group America is looking for a motivated Human Resources Associate to support our growing HR consulting business. This is a remote, part‑time opportunity ideal as a second income with concentration in client engagement and business operations.

0-2 years of Human Resources experience OR recent graduate

What You'll Do

• Schedule and coordinate calls with current clients and prospects
• Follow up with existing clients and warm leads via phone and email
• Conduct cold calls to prospective clients nationwide (scripts provided)
• Track outreach activity and maintain organized records
• Support general administrative and client‑facing tasks

What We're Looking For

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Management, Business, or a related field
• Strong communication skills and comfort speaking on the phone
• Organized, dependable, and self‑motivated
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
• Professional and confident representing a consulting firm
• CRM experience preferred but not required
