Job description
Location and Duration
- Location: Remote
- Duration: 12 Months
- Pay: $40-$43/hour
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Provide HR guidance, information, and education to employees at all levels focusing on exceptional customer service.
- Manage a high volume of employee requests and tickets.
- Deliver personalized care experiences through multiple modes of communication (chat/phone/casework).
- Utilize a research-based approach for quick information on company policies and programs.
- Guide and coach customers on internal tools and resources to promote self-service.
- Partner with COEs and collaborate cross-functionally on complex situations.
- Conduct regular HR data integrity audits and update systems.
- Ensure all transactions are accurate and compliant with SOX and internal control guidelines.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance and optimize processes.
- Monitor and contribute to personal SLAs for responsiveness and turnaround time.
- Support the Contingent Workforce Program (Tier 1 related inquiries and processing).
- Facilitate the Critical Systems Access Background Check process and maintenance.
- Apply end-to-end knowledge of HR systems to make informed decisions and mitigate risks.
Must-have Skills & Qualifications
- HR Domain Knowledge with at least 2 years of experience in an operations role.
- Previous Workday experience (at least 2-3 years).
- Previous experience completing Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs) in Workday.
- Previous experience running reports in Workday.
- Ability to follow documented processes and procedures.
- Ability to document and map new processes.
- Ability to take the initiative on projects to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a continuous improvement mentality.
- Ability to work complex issues, attention to detail, and process re-engineering.
- Ability to perform detailed analysis and root cause analysis on standard HR process and technology to highlight trends, issues, and design solutions.
- Ability to partner with multiple HR colleagues, partners, and clients internationally.
- Ability to use data to drive recommendations for business process, self-service, and systems enhancements.
Ideal Experience & Education
- BA/BS Degree.
- Experience with ServiceNow.
- Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office and G Suite.
- Experience in an HR Shared Services or HR Operations environment.
- Preferred background in Tech or Finance.
- Desired personality: Data-driven and easy-going.
