Freelance Sales Representative — 100% Commission

About ELXAO

ELXAO is a marketing & GTM agency operating on a SaaS-like platform: our clients delegate up to 100% of their marketing operations worldwide (SEO, Ads, Social Media, Website Development, AI, Localization) through monthly Starter and Growth subscriptions starting at €2,000/month.

We are launching our outbound acquisition and are looking for a self-driven freelance sales representative to prospect and convert our future clients.

This role is commission-only. No base salary is guaranteed. No fees are charged to the candidate (no membership, no entry fee, no equipment purchase). Onboarding and product training are provided free of charge by ELXAO.

Compensation --- 100% Performance-Based

Recurring contracts (Starter / Growth monthly subscriptions):

• 50% of the first month collected
• 20% of the monthly amount collected for the following 6 months, provided the client retains their subscription

One-off services (outside subscriptions):

• 20% of the total project amount collected

Concrete example

A client signs a Starter subscription at €2,000/month:

• Month 1: €1,000 commission
• Months 2 to 7 (if the client retains their subscription): €400/month commission
• Total per client: €3,400

Your earnings compound with every new client signed.

Responsibilities

(!) Our approach is built on listening and advising. We do not accept any form of hard selling or misleading claims --- every sale must be grounded in real value delivered to the client.

• Identify and prospect target companies (LinkedIn, phone, events)
• Present our offerings and bring prospects to the signing stage

Requirements

• Experience in B2B prospecting and closing (marketing agency or SaaS background is a plus)
• Comfortable on the phone and on video calls
• Self-motivated, persistent, and results-driven
• Freelance / independent contractor status required (sole trader or equivalent)
