What you'll do

  • Serve as the primary brand point of contact for the Americas region, acting as the central link between global and local market teams.
  • Contribute to the further development of the global brand strategy and positioning, bringing regional insights to the table.
  • Develop tailored local brand strategies for markets under direct responsibility, ensuring alignment with global objectives while preserving local market relevance.
  • Collaborate with in-country teams to co-create initiatives that drive brand preference and strengthen market presence.
  • Track, analyze, and report on brand health metrics to inform strategy and measure impact.
  • Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistency and integrity across all touchpoints and communications.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver cohesive, end-to-end brand experiences.

Who we are looking for

  • Experience in brand management at category or brand level, preferably within an FMCG or e-commerce environment, with a strong understanding of brand metrics, tracking methods, and analysis tools.
  • Solid cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams around a shared brand vision.
  • Structured thinker with a balanced mix of creative and analytical skills, comfortable translating insights into clear, actionable brand plans.
  • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in performance marketing or other digital performance channels is a plus.
  • Spanish language skills are a plus.
