Social Media Intern (School Credit)
Location: Remote (New York preferred)
Time Commitment: 10--15 hours/week (flexible)

EMME is looking for a creative, fashion-obsessed Social Media Intern to help us grow our presence across Instagram and TikTok.
EMME is a seed-stage fashion tech startup reimagining personal styling. Often described as TaskRabbit meets Telehealth meets Glamsquad for getting dressed, EMME connects consumers with professional stylists for instant, virtual, and in-person styling sessions—making expert style advice more accessible while helping stylists grow their businesses.
We're looking for someone who is deeply immersed in fashion, content, and digital culture. You have a strong creative instinct, stay ahead of trends, and understand what captures attention across Instagram and TikTok. This role is perfect for a student looking to gain hands-on experience at a seed-stage startup while working directly alongside the founder.
What You'll Do
- Create engaging content for Instagram and TikTok
- Design graphics and assets using Canva and Figma
- Edit short-form video content and Reels
- Stay ahead of social media trends, sounds, creators, and viral formats
- Brainstorm creative content ideas that reflect EMME's brand voice
- Assist with content planning and scheduling
- Support campaign launches, stylist spotlights, brand partnerships, and community initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Current undergraduate or graduate student eligible to receive school credit
- Available 10--15 hours per week
- Proficient in Canva and Figma
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok best practices
- Passion for fashion, styling, luxury retail, and creator culture
- Excellent eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling
- Organized, proactive, and excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Bonus: Experience creating content or managing a social media account
