Position Overview

Everstar Merchandise is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Account Manager to support our growing business with Target, Kroger, Walgreens and other key retail partners. This role sits at the intersection of retail systems execution, sales operations, and account management, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams, factories, and retail customers. This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on item setup, order flow, and overall account performance.

Key Responsibilities

Systems & Retail Execution

  • Proactively manage critical retailers' systems to assure all milestones are met
  • Track and trace all processes and follow-up with retailers to keep projects on track
  • Manage item setup and maintenance within vendor systems
  • Become expert in Target platforms (PCN, IMN, SPARK, Miro, LaunchPad etc.)
  • Ensure product data is accurate and aligned with all retailer requirements
  • Coordinate compliance documentation and packaging submissions
  • Troubleshoot system errors and onboarding delays

Sales Operations Support

  • Proactively stay on top of system developments in Partners Online including evaluating new tools and reporting
  • Assist with Annual Christmas Line Review process including in annual on-site set-up
  • Maintain pricing files, cost sheets, and margin tracking
  • Support forecasting, order tracking, and manage sell-through reporting
  • Prepare line reviews and assortment presentations
  • Maintain organized data across reporting tools
  • Coordinate seasonal development timelines across teams in Shenzhen and US.

    • D51 Christmas -- Wondershop
    • D240 Halloween - Hyde & Eek
    • D74 Everyday -- Room Essentials & Threshold

Assistant Account Management

  • Support key account Director in daily operations
  • Manage purchase orders and communication with retail partners
  • Track and report on milestones from setup to delivery
  • Support meeting prep and follow-ups
  • Assist in resolving order issues, quality issues and compliance concerns

Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Demonstrated ability to work proactively and problem solve
  • 2 years experience in stakeholder management and/or sales operations
  • Experience with Target systems preferred
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Strong communication and prioritization skills
