Full-Stack Developer (AI-Assisted Workflow)

About the Role

We're looking for a high-output offshore developer to work alongside Claude to rapidly build and ship applications. This role is focused on speed and execution — you'll take product ideas and AI-generated code, structure it properly, and turn it into reliable, working software. This is not about quick prototypes. You'll be expected to take AI-assisted output and deliver clean, production-ready systems.

First Project

You'll start by building an internal Driver Operations App that includes:

• Driver authentication and login
• Weekly shift claiming
• Shift start/end tracking
• Daily vehicle inspections with photo uploads
• An admin dashboard for reviewing inspections and managing shifts

Responsibilities

• Build full-stack web applications quickly and efficiently.
• Work alongside Claude to accelerate development.
• Refactor AI-generated code into clean, maintainable solutions.
• Connect frontend, backend, and database systems.
• Deploy and maintain applications in live environments.
• Identify and fix issues quickly.
• Communicate progress clearly and consistently.

Requirements

• Strong experience with React or Next.js, Node.js or Python (FastAPI preferred), and PostgreSQL, Firebase, or Supabase.
• Proven ability to build and ship applications end-to-end.
• Experience using Claude in a development workflow.
• Ability to move fast and deliver working MVPs.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Supabase, Vercel or similar platforms.
• Experience with internal tools or operational systems.
• Experience in startup or fast-paced environments.

Compensation
