- Senior Account Executive
Fast Simon is hiring an experienced Senior Account Executive to help leading ecommerce brands improve product discovery, merchandising, personalization, and conversion through AI.
This role is designed for a consultative seller who understands modern ecommerce operations, runs disciplined sales cycles, and is comfortable selling into multiple stakeholders across commerce organizations.
What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle sales from outbound and inbound through close
- Sell into mid-market and enterprise ecommerce brands
- Execute structured discovery and qualification processes
- Build relationships across Ecommerce, Digital, Growth, Product, and Executive stakeholders
- Translate technical and merchandising concepts into business outcomes
- Partner closely with Solutions, Partnerships, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Maintain clean forecasting, pipeline management, and execution
- Develop relationships with agencies and ecosystem partners
What We're Looking For
Required
- 5-10 years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience
- Experience selling into ecommerce brands, DTC, or digital commerce teams
- Strong familiarity with Shopify and broader commerce architecture
- Demonstrated use structured discovery and qualification processes in complex deal cycles (MEDDIC, BANT, or similar)
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and enterprise buying committees
- Strong CRM discipline and forecasting experience, preferably in HubSpot
- Proven history of exceeding quota
Preferred
- Existing relationships across ecommerce operators, agencies, or technology partners
Highly Relevant Backgrounds
Candidates from companies such as: Nosto, Algolia, Constructor, Klevu, Athos/Searchspring, Bloomreach, Dynamic Yield, Coveo, Yotpo, Attentive, Tapcart or similar ecommerce technology platforms are highly relevant.
Compensation
- $65K-$95K base
- Uncapped commission
- Meaningful upside
