Overview

Small businesses depend on reliable payment systems to keep daily operations running smoothly. In this role, you'll work directly with business owners who are reviewing updated POS and merchant solutions. Your job is to guide conversations, explain available tools, and help move accounts forward through setup and activation.

You'll spend your time talking with business owners, learning how modern payment platforms work, and helping customers take the next step in improving how they accept payments.

What You'll Do

  • Speak with business owners who are exploring new payment and checkout systems
  • Learn POS and merchant platforms used by small and mid-sized businesses
  • Review options based on how each business operates
  • Guide accounts from initial discussion through onboarding and setup
  • Keep notes, follow-ups, and progress updated in internal systems
  • Maintain consistent communication throughout the activation process

What We're Looking For

  • Comfortable holding professional conversations
  • Organized and able to manage multiple accounts at once
  • Self-directed and dependable
  • Open to training and learning new systems
  • No prior payments or POS experience required

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
