The Opportunity

We're looking for a high-performing Sales Manager with a proven track record in franchise sales to lead and accelerate our expansion.

This is not a passive, inbound-only role. You'll play a critical role in driving outbound deal flow, managing the full sales lifecycle, and converting high-value franchise opportunities across key markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end franchise sales: from lead generation through to deal close
• Proactively source and qualify new franchise partners globally
• Manage and convert inbound interest with speed and precision
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and forecasting discipline
• Collaborate with leadership on market expansion strategy
• Represent Fitura Brands with professionalism, energy, and commercial clarity

What We're Looking For

• Proven success in franchise sales (non-negotiable)
• Strong track record of closing high-value deals
• Experience within fitness, wellness, hospitality, or lifestyle brands (highly desirable)
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly self-driven with a hunter mentality and ownership mindset
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Commercially sharp with strong negotiation skills
