About the Role

ForceBrands is seeking a contract sourcer to support talent pipeline development across a range of consumer brand clients. This role will work across multiple searches with varying levels of volume, seniority, and skill set, requiring adaptability and strong execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, identify, and engage candidates across a variety of roles (from entry-level to mid/senior-level depending on project needs)
  • Build consistent pipelines of qualified candidates aligned to client requirements
  • Execute outreach across LinkedIn, job boards, and alternative sourcing channels
  • Conduct initial screening to validate baseline qualifications (experience, location, compensation alignment, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate tracking
  • Partner closely with recruiters and internal team to calibrate on candidate quality and refine targeting
  • Adjust sourcing strategies based on role type, volume, and feedback

Candidate Requirements

  • 2--5+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience (agency experience preferred)
  • Ability to flex between high-volume and more targeted, specialized searches
  • Strong written communication and outreach skills
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

  • Outreach volume and response rates
  • Ability to adapt to different role types and client needs
