Job Summary
The Senior Sales Coordinator provides essential day-to-day sales support to the Siplast outside sales team. This role involves sales activity planning, lead nurturing, prospecting, and data management, along with administrative support for the Area Vice President and the sales team.
Essential Duties
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the Area Vice President and sales team, including correspondence, presentations, spreadsheets, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Salesforce Expertise: Offer day-to-day support, sales data analysis, and reporting using Salesforce.
- Lead Management: Assist in qualifying and managing projects by nurturing leads, conducting account research, prospecting, and cold calling. Oversee and follow up on leads from various sources (trade shows, webinars, website inquiries, etc.).
- Pipeline Management: Support pipeline management efforts and gather/analyze sales data and trends using KPI metrics.
- Communication & Coordination: Manage incoming communications, coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, etc.), and respond to customer requests.
- Financial Administration: Review, manage, and process invoices and vendor payments.
- Reporting & Onboarding: Maintain reports and communications with the Dallas corporate office and support the hiring process, including new hire onboarding.
Qualifications Required
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of related experience required.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong business relationships.

- Proficient analytical skills and business acumen.
- Demonstrated ability to meet objectives, drive results, and solve problems with urgency.
- Excellent time management, multitasking, prioritization, and follow-up skills.
- Keen attention to detail and a heightened sense of urgency.
- Proficient understanding of the order life cycle, Siplast sales process, and product solutions.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications.
- Proficient computer skills, including G Suite, Salesforce, and CRM software.

- Occasionally involves reaching, handling, grasping, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions.
- Rarely involves transport/lifting, transport/carrying, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.

Compensation
- Base Salary Range: $72,016 - $92,020 annually (exclusive of benefits and potential bonuses).
