Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales initiatives, build and maintain client relationships, and identify growth opportunities in the market. Responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, forecasting revenue, collaborating with the marketing team to develop strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals. The Sales Manager will also represent the company at client meetings, project consultations, and industry events.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in market research, business development, and strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management abilities.
  • Leadership and team management skills to mentor and motivate a sales team.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
  • Knowledge of the glass installation or construction industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and productivity tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
