What You'll Do

• Own the content calendar across channels --- blog, email newsletters, social media, and video scripts
• Write and edit content that helps job seekers understand the market, improve their search, and trust Go Offer to help them
• Work with coaches and experts to turn their knowledge into content that reaches thousands of people
• Optimize content for SEO and distribution --- you care about reach, not just quality
• Build systems and processes that let a small content team punch above its weight

We're Looking for Someone Who

• Has 3+ years of content management or content marketing experience
• Writes clearly and quickly --- you can produce a polished draft without three rounds of revision
• Understands how content fits into a conversion funnel --- not just traffic, but leads and clients
• Is organized enough to manage a calendar across multiple channels without dropping deadlines
• Has a point of view on what good content looks like and defends it

Nice to Have

• Experience writing about careers, job search, or the US labor market
• Familiarity with AI writing tools and how to use them without losing voice
• Background in SEO content strategy or newsletter growth
