GojiberryAI is seeking its first Growth Operator in Europe to transform explosive traction into a scalable growth machine. The company has achieved $0 to $2M ARR in just 9 months and is poised for further expansion.
The Opportunity
This is a ground-floor opportunity to join GojiberryAI early and work directly with the founders. You will shape the company's growth trajectory by operating across growth experiments, funnels, content, automation, AI workflows, and revenue initiatives, with a singular focus on identifying and scaling what works.
Responsibilities
Growth Experiments
- Launch and iterate on acquisition channels including LinkedIn, outbound, communities, partnerships, content, Reddit, YouTube, AI SEO, and paid acquisition.
Content & Distribution
- Collaborate directly with founders to scale organic growth and distribution loops across multiple platforms.
- Own pipeline and revenue, tracking metrics that drive qualified pipeline and revenue, prioritizing business impact over vanity metrics.
AI-Powered Growth Systems
- Build workflows using tools like Claude, GPT, scraping tools, automation platforms, AI agents, and enrichment systems.
Product Feedback Loop
- Identify onboarding friction, objections, drop-off points, and growth opportunities by analyzing user behavior and conversations.
Growth Playbooks
- Document successful systems, prompts, acquisition flows, and repeatable experiments to support company scaling.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Growth, Demand Generation, Founder-led Growth, or Growth Marketing within a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Fluent or native English proficiency.
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS growth mechanics.
- Proven track record of driving pipeline, user, or revenue growth.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT daily.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on rapid execution.
- Ability to operate autonomously and proactively.
Nice to Have
- Strong presence on LinkedIn or X.
- Experience with outbound systems and growth automation.
- Experience scaling organic acquisition channels.
- Previous early-stage startup experience.
- Understanding of AI workflows, scraping, enrichment, or GTM systems.
What Success Looks Like
30 Days
- Mastery of the product and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Launch of initial growth experiments.
- Identification of early acquisition wins.
90 Days
- Consistent pipeline contribution from multiple channels.
- Establishment of repeatable growth systems.
- Week-over-week improvement in organic and outbound acquisition.
180 Days
- Growth initiatives directly contributing to revenue expansion.
- Documentation of scalable acquisition playbooks.
- Significant contribution to the overall Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.
What This Role Is Not
This is not a traditional marketing role. You will not be managing isolated campaigns within rigid processes. Instead, you will build systems, test ideas rapidly, iterate constantly, and own the outcomes. We operate at high speed, value leverage, and optimize for execution speed and revenue impact.
Role Scope

- Close collaboration with founders on product, GTM, positioning, and acquisition.
- Ownership across experimentation, distribution, and growth systems.
